Alex Juryte returns to the library with a series of Mindfulness & Yoga Nidra Meditation classes, starting on March 25th.
Classes will be held in our beautiful third floor gallery Thursdays 11 a.m.-12 p.m. March 25, April 1, 8, 15 and 22.
The sessions will be held in-person, appropriately socially distanced as per CDC guidelines. Participation waiver, masks and temperature checks will be required. Participants should bring their own mat, small throw or blanket, and a cushion. Participation limited to 10.
Please note that the third floor space is only accessible via stairs from Church Street and therefor not ADA compliant.
