Mindfulness Meditation

Join Alexandra Juryte for a soul and spirit healing session of mindfulness meditation.  Alexandra guides participants through gentle breathing and relaxation exercises.  The session takes place on the floor, but Alexandra can modify the exercises to accommodate participants who might be more comfortable on a chair.

Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and arrive 10-15 minutes before the session starts.  The doors will close promptly at 10:55 a.m.
