Alex Juryte of Breathe to Heal Meditation and our very own yoga instructor, Laura Kraus, are spearheading the events with daily yoga and meditation sessions. A great line-up of guest instructors offer elective sessions, ranging from art therapy to tai chi. Check out the 3-day weekend schedule for details.

As a special treat, award-winning musician and producer, Rae DiLeo, will perform Spanish guitar music at an informal Happy Hour on Friday night. Members of the Elks Lodge will staff a wine/beer cash bar, and light refreshments will be served. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Elks Lodge.
All events will be in-person, with all CDC and state recommended COVID-19 precautions in place, including temperature taking, social distancing measures and sanitizing between each event.
Participants must pre-register for up to 4 events across the weekend, Friday, Saturday or Sunday: 1 yoga session with Laura and 1 meditation session with Alex are required (any day). In addition participants may choose 2 elective activities. Please note that occupancy per session is limited and spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
