Join the ESL Conversation Class next Tuesday at 6:00pm in the Boonton Holmes Library. This is an English literacy program where adults are able to practice their English in a group setting.
Classes will be held Tuesday evenings for 6 weeks, starting March 19th.
Due to several unfortunate incidents, food is no longer allowed on the Library’s main floor. Open drinks are also prohibited, coffee is permitted provided you have a travel mug or cup with a lid.

We first want to apologize for the inconvenience of delaying the start of AARP Tax Assistance, and to thank everyone for their patience.
We also want to remind our patrons that the basement meeting rooms can be reached from the Main Street entrance. Just walk around to the front and go under where the blue tarp has been pulled aside. Tax volunteers will be waiting for you downstairs.
To receive free tax preparation assistance, you must first make an appointment by calling 973-334-2980 or by visiting the Boonton Library at 621 Main St., corner of Church and Main. We’re open every day!
The next Teen Book Club will meet on Wednesday, March 20th, at 7:00pm. We will be discussing Where Things Come Back by Corey Whaley. The Boonton Library Food for Fines forgiveness program will end on Friday, February 22nd.

The AARP Tax Aide program will begin on Tuesday, February 19th after the expected completion of the Porch Stabilization project.
Please be sure to bring photo ID, your Social Security card and a copy of last year’s tax return.
