Returning in May:

Coding Club
Ages 9 & up. 7 sessions meeting the following Thursdays: May 2nd, 9th,16th, 23rd June 6th, 13th, 20th. Be aware that registering for the program means that your child(ren) will be able to attend a majority of the sessions. The coding club will focus on block coding using a variety of apps and robotics, as well as Scratch programming. In our coding club, kids will learn coding basics, complete hands-on activities, and work together to create fun programs!  Space is limited to 10 members.   *registration required* call 973-334-2980 or email anne.ogorman@boontonholmeslibrary.org

 

Junior Garden Club
Children, ages 6-10 are invited to join our new garden initiative.   We meet in the Holmes Library Garden to learn about vegetable and flower gardening, help tend the vegetables (and take home some delicious goodies when they are ready to harvest), create nature-inspired art, and learn about helpful insects and pollinators through games and garden scavenger hunts.

Saturdays, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m..

July 6 & 20
August 3 & 17

You may register for one, some, or all of the sessions, but space is limited, so please be sure to register.  We meet RAIN or SHINE.  This program is free and open to the public.  Click here to sign up.

Ongoing Programs:

Baby Storytime
Mondays 10:15-10:45 Story time for babies ages 0 to 18 months and their caregivers. Join us for nursery rhymes, simple stories, songs, finger plays and movements.
Toddler Storytime
Tuesdays @ 11:00 & Wednesdays @ 10:30  Stories, songs, rhymes, and crafts for kids ages 18 months and up.
LEGO Club
We provide the LEGOs, all you need to bring is your creativity! Join with other masters builders for an hour of fun. (Every other Wednesday, 4:00-5:00. Check the calendar for dates) *Ages 5 & up*
